Experience

This research highlights Project Green Light in Detroit, MI. As a team of 3 researchers, we traveled to Detroit to survey and interview individuals to know more about their general perceptions of surveillance. We are now in the process of writing a research paper based off of our findings, and have presented our research in a formal conference setting. In doing this research, I have done statistical analyses with quantitative data, as well as observational analyses with qualitative data. 

In this position, I had to ensure smooth function of the box office during peak hours and popular events. Additionally, it was imperative that I effectively communicated with patrons both over the phone as well as in the hall during events that the Zankel Music Center had going on.
