Hello! My name is Emma Bedard and I am a senior at Skidmore College. I am from East Longmeadow, Massachusetts, and have a double major in Anthropology and Sociology as well as a minor in Music. Throughout my time at Skidmore College, I have become increasingly more interested in biological Anthropology, vocal performance, and the ways that music intertwines with social and material culture.

I see myself as someone who is deeply analytic, resilient, as well as supportive. These are traits that I see fit throughout all aspects of my life, including athletics and arts, as these have been key components to my personal success within both music and varsity swimming.

Looking ahead, I hope to pursue opportunities that allow me to combine research, creativity, and community engagement particularly in spaces where music and social analysis intersect.
